High Street Finance

Challenged with creating a name, brand identity and editable templates for a financial company, this was my solution. When dealing in life assurance, credit card protection, home & contents insurance and family protection, customers need a solid, friendly, forward-thinking provider they can relate their lifestyle to. Pearlstone communicates just that.
Posters, mini-brochures, HTML email and DM Christmas cards play out this gentle, assuring, professional lifestyle brand.

The Great Outdoors

A great pleasure to be tasked with generating the name and brand identity for a high-street Leisure Retailer. The concept had to encompass everything from leisure breaks and action holidays to sports equipment, like mountain bikes, and leisure apparel. Not only that, but the branding had to look racy whilst being flexible enough for headlines, copy and images to be changed within set templates. Giving the name a hint of leisure sports styling and mixing in an attention-grabbing palette solved the challenge and allowed the branding to flow through the posters, mini-brochures, HTML emails and DM Christmas cards I designed for the project.

Guidelines for Young Ambassadors...

...not telling them what to do, just showing them how to stay looking good. Identity design and brand guidelines for international youth spokesbody, UK Young Ambassadors.

A thing of beauty

I was put in the enviable position of being given carte blanche on this project for an internationally qualified beauty salon in Leeds. They already had a great name and needed a brand identity to do it justice. Which is where it was my pleasure to step in. Timeless, simple, premium high-street, cosmetic and evocative. They loved it so much I was asked to design their hand-bag sized A6 bound brochure/treatment menu and I also recently launched their web site.

Jewellery Rebrand

An update from earlier this year in June, when I was asked to give Lumley the Jeweller's communication more sparkle. The project called for a simple, timeless identity with underplayed, premium styling. With the logotype and brand style came a 32 page brochure featuring some 600 items of top quality jewellery. The print finished nicely in a heavy, over-sized outer with a pocket for the 12 page pricing list on the inside back cover. A happy client tells me that the orders are coming in, too. Can't take credit for the huge task of the photography, though.

Allgoodsounds website launched

Many years in the making - myself and Paul Dodd have formed production duo Allgood sounds. The years spent learning to be professional sound engineers and composers are paying off. The site showcases a selection of up tempo and ambient Electronica. We love playing and producing. Starting with electronic music because of its punch and sparkle, we're set to release some songs later this year. Watch this space and hope you enjoy.
